  • ARP Backstage Pass Season 2: Will It Ever Return? Release Details

ARP Backstage Pass came out last year with the potential to be the best music anime of the year. While it certainly wasn’t the best, the series did manage to entertain the viewers. It has been more than a year, but fans haven’t heard any word regarding ARP Backstage Pass Season 2. So, is there any chance for the return of this show? How long will we have to wait? Here are all the latest details.

ARP Backstage Pass is a Japanese original music anime series. Some fans also referred to this show as an idol documentary series. Dynamo Pictures animate this show under the command of Tetsuya Endo. The viewers saw its first musical episode on January 13, 2020. It ran only for ten episodes and finished on March 30, 2020. Its short-run wasn’t enough to fulfill the craving of some viewers, and now they’re demanding to see more of it.

    AR Performers Anime Review!

The debut season of the anime series didn’t receive many positive reviews, but the viewers certainly praise it for its unique approach. It is very rare to see an anime that takes a talk show kind of approach. Most of the anime series featuring the idol stuff turned out to be a little off. However, AR Performers’ animation and art style were really good. The chemistry between the characters also managed to stand out, especially during the later episodes. The best part about ARP Backstage Pass is certainly its music. It is really good and keeps the viewers engaged. Plus, the finale exceeded the viewers’ expectations as it was certainly its best episode of the entire series. However, the plotline of the anime wasn’t really deep. Overall, the anime series is pretty fun to watch and won’t bore its viewers.

ARP Backstage Pass Season 2: Renewal Status!

Despite delivering some good episodes, the show failed to impress the critics. It received only mixed reviews from the experts. On the other hand, the overall ratings of its first season aren’t great as well. It has a very poor score of 5.55 on MyAnimeList. Besides, it is an original series, and the creators aren’t sure about producing a sequel either. This is definitely not a positive sign, especially after the low ratings. Currently, things don’t seem to be in favor of ARP Backstage Pass Season 2. If the demand for its second season increases, only then the production company might think of renewing it for another run. However, the chances for that to happen are also very low.

ARP Backstage Pass Season 2: Release Date

As we stated above, the chances are pretty low for this musical anime to return. Therefore, it is currently very hard to predict the release date for its sequel as there is no renewal. If its renewal arrives later this year, fans can expect ARP Backstage Pass Season 2 to premiere sometime in Winters 2022. However, to know its official release date, we will have to wait for an announcement from the production company.

  • Diary Of Our Days At The Breakwater Season 2: Renewed? Will The Fishing Anime Return?

Nowadays, sports anime series are quite popular, but the viewers rarely get to see the entire anime dedicated to fishing only. Last year, they got such a show in the form of Houkago Teibo Nisshi. Ever since its completion, fans are wondering whether there will be Diary Of Our Days At The Breakwater Season 2 or not. So, will they ever get to see the sequel of this one-of-a-kind series? Here is everything to know.

Diary Of Our Days At The Breakwater, also known as Houkago Teibo Nisshi in Japanese, is a sports anime series about recreational fishing. It adopts its plot from the manga of the same title by Yasuyuki Kosaka. Studio Doga Kobo picked it up to adapt a television anime that ran for a total of twelve episodes. It premiered on April 7, 2020, and concluded on September 22 of the same year. Since then, its fans have been waiting for its future installments.

Diary Of Our Days At The Breakwater Season 2

    Houkago Teibou Nisshi: Anime Review!

The anime series is a great blend of slice-of-life and sports drama. It revolves around Hina Tsurugi, who is the newest addition to the Breakwater Club. Just like Laid Back Camp, this show is also about cute girls doing cute stuff. The only difference is that in the latter one, cute girls go fishing instead of camping. To some extent, the show is environmentally conscious as well. Each episode focused on different types of fishing.

The viewers will certainly enjoy its story along with some super cool fishing techniques. It is one of those shows one can watch when relaxing. However, some viewers still find Diary Of Our Days At The Breakwater average, whereas some find it very unique and decent. Overall, the show is quite good. It has some great art and background music as well. Plus, both the OP and the ED are equally good.

Diary Of Our Days At The Breakwater Season 2

Diary of Our Days At The Breakwater Season 2: Renewal Status!

The first season of the anime was really good and got plenty of positive reviews. Its ratings are also great as it holds a score of 7.39 on MAL. The great news is that the manga series also recently returned after going on a hiatus for almost six months. In November 2020, the makers announced that the series is going on a break. It finally returned on April 20, 2021.

Now, it will continue to release its latest issues according to the schedule, and that is certainly a piece of great news for the future of the anime as well. However, its initial season covered almost all the story parts and gave it a satisfying ending. Therefore, currently, Doga Kobo is running short on source material to produce Diary Of Our Days At The Breakwater Season 2. It is likely that they will give it the green light once they have enough content for the sequel’s storyline.

Diary Of Our Days At The Breakwater Season 2: Release Date

It hasn’t even been an entire year since the completion of Houkage Teibou Nisshi’s debut season. Hence, it is very unlikely for the production company to renew the anime this soon until and unless it becomes crazy popular. Thus, Diary Of Our Days At The Breakwater Season 2 will likely premiere in the second half of 2022 if renewed. It is only a prediction, and to know its official release date, we have to wait for an announcement from the creators.

Castlevania Season 4: Plot Details & Official Trailer

There are two major questions over which the plot of the fourth season will ponder—first, the fate of Alucard after being betrayed by Taka and Sumi. The second will be the fight between Carmilla and Wallachia. These are the two storylines that are most anticipated for the fourth installment.

In Season 4, Carmilla will be seen setting her pan of the ‘corridor-pen’ into action with the help of Hector. Whereas, Hector has also imprisoned Lenore for ease. In order to make her plan successful, the forge master will have to create an entire army of night creatures. As for Alucard, he is seen confronting his father after taking Sumi and Taka outside the castle. The moral dilemma of the story will be Alucard turning into an evil man. The return of Trevor and Sypha is also the talk of the town. Last but not least, is Dracula himself. The big question is will he be able to travel through the infinite corridor back from hell this time?

The official trailer of the upcoming season is finally out! What do you think about it? Tell us in the comments below.

Will There Be A Season 5?

In an interview with Collider, shoemaker Ellis and executive producer Kevin Kolde revealed the show’s future. To this, Kolde said that he is not really sure where they would go from here. Hence, he goes on to say that by the end of Season 3, the story was at a very different place than what the viewers think. Well, the third season apparently began with new hope and a new beginning. The audience thought that everything’s going to be great and happy. However, this is when Warren pulled the rug out from under them, and everything changed. It’s quite an uncertain statement from the maker of the show. But it does suggest that, if given a chance, the show might be revived for further seasons.

Every successive season of Castlevania came in after a long time than the last one. There was a full 15-month gap between seasons 1 and 2. Moreover, the next one had a 16-month interval. The pattern seems to stay true for the fourth season as well. Hence, Castlevania Season 4 is slated to release on May 13, 2021. Trevor, Sypha, and Alucard will all be returning to your screens soon.

  • Russia Banning Isekai Anime: Death Note And KonoSuba Taken Down!

Have you heard about Russia Banning Isekai Anime? It’s a piece of sad news for all the Russian anime fans this time. Popular isekai anime KonoSuba, That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime, and multiple other anime series have been taken down from websites in Russia. The order came after Russian courts recognized that the isekai animes “promote reincarnation beliefs,” which is inappropriate for certain audiences.

Most anime series of the genre shows that “after death, there can be a more full and interesting life, free from the control of one’s parents.” Hence, this belief was not something they want to project to the audience. As a result, they have put a lifetime ban on all isekai animes that project this ideation publicly. Let us take a deeper look into the matter.

That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime

Russia Banning Isekai Anime: Reason For The Ban?

On Monday, the Russian district court of Saint Petersburg announced a total ban on five isekai anime series. This came under Russian federal law for the protection of children from harmful information. The anime series that were taken down include KonoSuba, That Time I Got Reincarnated as a Slime, Zombie Land Saga, Nekopara, and Princess Lover!.

The announcement came out on the court’s official Telegram channel. The official press service of the court says that the decision of ban came under the considerations of experts. The court also mentioned that the evidence of one believing in the concepts of a parallel world is highly visible in the anime audience. Moreover, the court stated that KonoSuba: God’s Blessing on This Wonderful World! promotes reincarnation beliefs projecting a wholesome world after one’s death. They portray life after death to be adventurous and magical. Hence, this can lead to people inclining towards the afterlife more.

    Earlier Ban On Death Note

Death Note, Tokyo Ghoul, and Inuyashiki are also taken off the net in Russia since January. The bans were implemented after the court of St. Petersburg decided the content of these shows was inappropriate for audiences. The government ended up banning a number of sites, including Animejapan.tv, Animego.org, Jut.su and Animeonline.cc.

The court took these decisions after the claims of Russian teens reenacting violent scenes from the anime shows. Hence, after they ordered the bans, the officials took down both Death Note and Inuyashiki from the official anime bingeing websites.

    Russia Banning Isekai Anime: Causes

The prosecutors who were favoring the ban of such shows say that anime series like Death Note, Tokyo Ghoul, and Inuyashiki provide dangerous content for teenage audiences. For evidence, he presented the case of a teenage boy who committed suicide. The boy owned the Death Note manga, and it allegedly related to his death. On the other hand, the prosecutor mentioned another tragic case of a teenage boy who fell out of a window. However, the boy’s dressing was much similar to that of the protagonist of Death Note. Besides, similar reasons play out for Russia banning isekai anime as well.

  • Heya Camp Season 2: Renewed Or Not? Release Date & Everything To Know

Yuru Camp is a fan-favorite, critically-acclaimed anime series of recent times. The viewers loved its adventure elements, and when the makers announced it would receive a spin-off, they were pretty excited for the new series as well. Heya Camp, a short-form spin-off of Yuru Camp, premiered this year and lived up to the expectation of the fans. Hence, they are now demanding to see Heya Camp Season 2. So, will it ever happen? Here is everything to know.

Heya Camp, also known as Room Camp, is a Japanese slice-of-life comedy anime series. It is a short story collection of a famous manga titled Laid-Back Camp. C-Station animated the story into an anime adaptation that was licensed by Crunchyroll and Medialink. The viewers saw its debut episode on January 6, 2020. The television series ran for 12 episodes and concluded on March 23 of the same year. Since then, its fans are demanding its sequel.

    Heya Camp Season 2

    Room Camp Anime Review

The spin-off series turned out to be one of the most pleasant and enjoyable shows of the past few years. All episodes are equally enjoyable, which makes it a perfect show to watch while relaxing. Outdoor Activity Club fascinated the viewers with the pleasing exploration in Yamanashi Prefecture. The show is full of interesting places and tasty meals. Since it is a coming-of-age series, it focused on the development of its characters as well. Room Camp has one of the most interesting sets of characters with a really adorable appearance.

However, there were some moments in which the major characters were not present. Along with that, the only disappointing thing is that the anime didn’t have any camping scenes despite being titled Heya Camp. Except for these things, everything about this short series was commendable. Overall, the viewers had a great experience, and they didn’t regret binging the show.

    Heya Camp Season 2

Heya Camp Season 2: Renewal Status!

As we mentioned above, the spin-off impressed the viewers and received good ratings for them. The critics also praised the show. Currently, the show holds a decent score of 7.22 on MAL as well as other rating platforms. The debut season of the anime was full of filler content and took its time to develop the plot. Despite that, the viewers enjoyed it. They even want to see more of this show. However, by the looks of the series, it seems like it was only released to fill the time gap between the first and the second season of Yuru Camp. Since its second season concluded recently, it’s plausible that Studio C-Station will renew Heya Camp Season 2 for the same reason again.

    Heya Camp Season 2

Heya Camp Season 2: Release Date

It is hard to predict the sequel’s release date until it gets an official renewal from the production company. According to its previous release pattern, if the green light comes in the upcoming month, Heya Camp Season should release in the Winters 2021 session. However, to know its official release date, we have to wait for an announcement from the makers.

  • Suppose A Kid From The last Dungeon Boonies Moved To A Starter Town Season 2: Renewal & Release Date

The fans began to ask about Suppose A Kid From The last Dungeon Boonies Moved To A Starter Town Season 2 right after the first season ended. It has only been a few weeks, but a lot of heated discussions already surface online. There are two groups, one who liked the debut installment and the other one who did not. However, both these groups want to know whether there will be a second season or not. So, here is everything to know.

Suppose A Kid From The last Dungeon Boonies Moved To A Starter Town, aka Tatoeba Last Dungeon Mae no Mura no Shounen ga Joban no Machi de Kurasu Youna Monogatari, is a Japanese comedy fantasy anime series. Liden Films adapted Toshio Satou’s light novel of the same name into a television anime series. Its first episode premiered on January 4, 2021, whereas the finale aired on March 22, 2021, after running for twelve episodes.

Suppose A Kid From The last Dungeon Boonies Moved To A Starter Town Season 2

    Light Novel Vs Anime Adaptation

Whenever fans watch any anime series because of the good reviews of its source material, they expect a faithful adaptation from the makers. The first season of this newly arrived show didn’t come as a typical fantasy series. It focused more on the comedic side, due to which, the humor in it was pretty decent. The inaugural season exhausted five volumes of the LN series, and that too in just twelves episodes. Thus, the pacing was way too fast. Not only that, but the anime skipped some important chapters as well.

On the other hand, there were some minor changes, too, as the anime adaptation changed some lines from the LN. Except for these things, the show remained loyal to its source material. The good thing is that Liden Films still has seven books left to create Suppose A Kid From The last Dungeon Boonies Moved To A Starter Town Season 2.

Suppose A Kid From The last Dungeon Boonies Moved To A Starter Town Season 2

Suppose A Kid From The last Dungeon Boonies Moved To A Starter Town Season 2: Renewal Status!

As we mentioned above, this show’s viewers got divided into two groups after the season finale. While one-half gave it a pretty high rating, it was below average for others. As a result, the anime only got average ratings in the end. Its critical reception is also the same. According to some LN readers, the pacing of the debut season was rushed only to introduce the major antagonists.

The LN series grows a lot more interesting after the fifth volume, and the real plot will start after it. Therefore, they are looking forward to watching more episodes of it. So, despite getting average reviews and ratings, the chances for the anime’s sequel to happen are quite high.

Suppose A Kid From The last Dungeon Boonies Moved To A Starter Town Season 2

Suppose A Kid From The Last Dungeon Boonies Moved To A Starter Town Season 2: Release Date

LasDan anime series managed to get popular in a very short time. It exceeded everyone’s expectations in terms of popularity. As a result, the demand for its second season is also increasing day by day. The chances are that Liden Films will renew the show for a sequel this very year. If that happens, fans can expect to see the premiere of LasDan Season 2 sometime in 2022.

  • Demon Lord Retry Season 2: Renewed Or Canceled? Release Date & Latest Details

The fans have been waiting for the release of Demon Lord Retry Season 2 for almost two years now. With time they are getting more and more desperate to see the sequel of the anime series. After hearing a lot of rumors, the fans now want makers to confirm whether the anime will return to the screens or not. So, will the show get a renewal? Here are all the latest details.

Demon Lord Retry, also known as Maou-Sama Ritorai in Japanese, is an action fantasy isekai anime series. Studio Ekachi Epilka adapted the light novel series of the same title by Kurone Kanzaki to produce the anime. The viewers saw its first episode on July 4, 2019, while the series ended on September 19 of the same year after running for twelve episodes. This short-run was not enough for the fans, and they are now demanding to see more episodes of this show.

    Demon Lord Retry Season 2

Demon Lord Retry Season 2: Canceled Or Renewed?

Despite coming from a small studio, this show managed to perform very well. In fact, it gained a lot of popularity in a very short period of time. As a result, the demand for the second season of anime also increased. After the completion of its debut installment in 2019, a lot of rumors began to surface online that the makers have already renewed Demon Lord Retry Season 2. However, the officials have never confirmed this news. All those rumors began to circulate because of the final episode of the first season. In the closing moments of the season finale, the screen reads, “to be continued.” This made the fans think that the series has already been renewed for its sequel. However, the official renewal is yet to come, and we will update this section as soon as it arrives.

    Demon Lord Retry Season 2

Is There Enough Source Material For A New Season?

As we stated above, the anime series adapted its plot from the Maou-Sama Ritorai LN series. It began to serialize in 2016 and ended after publishing only three books. The author soon announced the second edition of the light novel series and has released a total of seven volumes so far.
