Machikado Mazako Season 2: Production Status!

After its release, the production studio got all the necessary source material they required, and now they are animating it at full speed. It seems like they are quite confident about the production of Machikado Mazoku Season 2 as they have already revealed its release date.
The possibilities are that by October, JC Staff would begin the dubbing of this show. If its production continues without any further delays, then fans will certainly see it on its scheduled window.

Lapis Re: Lights Season 2 is one of the most anticipated idol anime sequels. Fans of the 2020 anime have been waiting for its sequel for the past nine months. It is kind of early to ask for a sequel from the makers, but the demand is constantly rising. The characters and animation of the first season are way too good, and the audience is excited to watch more of it. So, when is the anime returning for a second run? Here are all the latest details.
Lapis Re: Lights is a Japanese idol music fantasy multimedia franchise. The anime is a part of this franchise that has an android game and manga adaptation as well. Yokohama Animation Lab animated the first season of this show. Moreover, the anime premiered in Summer 2020 as its first episode aired on July 4. Its first installment consists of only twelve episodes. Whereas, fans saw its last episode on September 19, 2020.
Lapis Re: Lights Anime Review
The first season of the anime started with a blast. It really had a great beginning, and after that, fans have a lot of expectations from it. However, the series failed to fulfill them. But that doesn’t necessarily mean that it is a bad show because it is certainly not. In fact, the great thing about this show it fulfilled one of the most important aspects of an idol anime. It also introduced us to a set of lovable teenage characters.
Its fluid animation and beautiful art made Lapis Re: Lights even more enjoyable. The characters and the animation were the strongest points of this show. Its music also managed to impress the fans. However, story-wise it wasn’t that special. The viewers thought that plot-wise, the anime could’ve been a lot better. Overall, the anime is a decent watch, but not good enough to be called a masterpiece.
Lapis Re: Lights Season 2: Renewal Status
The inaugural installment of Lapis received a mixed response from the viewers and the critics alike. Both of them praised the series for several things, but they quickly pointed out its flaws too. At the time of writing, the anime has a score of 6.62 on MyAnimeList. However, the popularity of this idol animated series is pretty good. It has more than 30K members in its MAL group. These numbers are not very huge, but they aren’t bad as well. The story of the anime is ahead of its manga adaptation.
So, the makers would have to write another story for the sequel, if they ever decide to renew it. Therefore, the chances for Lapis Re: Lights Season 2 to get a green flag is a little low. But if its demand increases, even more, it will likely get a renewal.
Lapis Re: Lights Season 2: Release Date
The premiere date of this show’s second season depends on the time of its renewal. If the makers give the green light to it in the next few months, then Lapis Re: Lights Season 2 episodes might come out sometime in the first half of 2023. We will update this section when the renewal and release date are officially announced. So, stay tuned to The Anime Daily for latest updates.
Recently, the Big Three in My Hero Academia became quite a trendy topic for anime fans. However, a lot of them don’t know that there used to be the three most path-breaking shows that changed the entire history of anime. That’s right, the Big Three are the top three Shonen anime that are up and running since the 90s. These three names include Naruto, One Piece, and Bleach. Moreover, they happen to be the longest-running anime of all time. With One Piece still up and running, the legacy of the Big Three is still intact.
Not only in running period, but these shows are still on the top charts of viewership. The One Piece manga is also one of the most read texts of all time. Moreover, even though the original sources material of Bleach and Naruto are no longer running, the readership is still significantly high on digital platforms. So let us tell you all in detail about the Big Three!
Bleach
The Bleach anime series was the first one to opt-out of the Big Three in 2012. The shonen anime ran for a good eight years with more than fifteen seasons. Well, it first came out in 2015, and Studio Pierrot was behind the production of all the three hundred episodes. Moreover, Viz Media has the international distributing rights of the anime.
So, the story of Bleach follows the story of a soul reaper who believes that his life is worthless as a man who devours souls for a living, but this is his familial duty, so he cannot give up upon his destiny either. However, Ichigo does take up the life of a warrior by helping the common folk and competing in championships. Will the heavenly guilds let him become the opposite of what he was made for? The answer lies in watching Bleach.
Naruto
The reason why this is the second name in the league of the Big Three is that it was the second one that ended the course. Naruto first came out in the year 2002 and ran for more than fifteen years. The series mainly came out in two parts, namely Naruto and Naruto Shippuden. On the other hand, the original manga by Masashi Kishimoto came out in 1999, and 2014 was the last year for the publishing of the manga. All of the seasons and spin-offs are a production of Studio Pierrot and Aniplex.
The story essentially follows that titular character Naruto Uzumaki who wishes to become the greatest master of the art of ninja and martial arts. Moreover, being an orphan, his physical strength is his only resource to find power and name. Thus, the young boy reaches out to several ninja masters and learns to hold a grip over his art. The show is full of action sequences and battles that will keep you on the edge of your seat. So, if you are up for a show that is more than five hundred episodes long, Naruto is a perfect choice.
By record, One Piece is the longest-running anime of all time. The show has been punctually airing from the year 1999, making it a part of the Big Three. The original manga by Eiichiro Oda first came out in July 1997. Two years later, Toei Animation took up the anime project. Since then, the manga has recently completed a thousand chapters and ninety-nine volumes. Moreover, at the time of writing this article, the anime will soon mark the thousandth episode as well.
One Piece follows the adventures of Monkey D Luffy and his pirate friends on a ship. The team of mismatched outcasts is looking for the treasure called the One Piece. This treasure can make anyone the king of all Pirates, which Luffy wants to become. Thus, their adventurous voyage begins. However, many evil men are also looking for the same jewel. The back and forth between the Straw Hat pirates and the rest of the villains of the sea make up for the plot of One Piece.
So, these were the Big Three Shonen anime that are known to the anime world. We hope that you will also gather the courage and time to finish off all these shows one day. Do share your personal reviews of these shows with us in the comment box below. And if you want more latest updates about the classic Big Three, then don’t hesitate to come back to The Anime Daily.
Before we dive right into the details of Fire Force Season 3, tell us in the comment box below how excited you are to watch the final season. Fire Force is originally a dark fantasy manga by Atsushi Okuba that published its first chapter in 2015. Kodansha has been publishing its volumes for the past six years. The anime adaptation was a production work of David Production in July 2019.
Two seasons of the popular anime are up and running on Funimation currently. The talks of the third season are what concern this article. For now, the makers have not come up with any details of the new season. But there is enough buzz over the internet that can tell us about the release date of Fire Force Season 3. So, without any further ado, here is every detail of the new season!
Fire Force Season 3: Renewal Status
For now, there is no official news from the makers that can solidly suggest that Fire Force Season 3 is happening or not. But there is enough source material available for the makers to adapt a third season. Of the total twenty-nine volumes, nine are still unused. This give much hope for a season renewal. Moreover, the overall rating of both the seasons of Fire Force on IMDB is 7.7. Even the MyAnimeList public rating of the show is 7.75. Thus, bringing a new season will not be a tough call for the makers in such favorable circumstances.
For now, the only concrete evidence of the idea that we get is the cliffhanger at which the last season ends. When a story is not complete, that’s when makers opt to go for another season. Furthermore, even the reception of the first two seasons was relatively high. For now, fans can only hope to wait for an official news to come out. Well, looking at the demand for the new season, fans will soon be able to convince the makers to announce it.
Is There Enough Source Material?
Both the first and the second seasons of the popular fantasy show have twenty-four episodes each. The first season of Fire Force covers the first eleven volumes of the manga. The next one covers the plots that follow forward from Volume 11. Till volume 20, the anime covers the plot sincerely. It later deviates to a different ending from the 20th volume. The manga, in total, has twenty-nine volumes. This means that there is enough source material left for the final season to cover.
If we are to talk in terms of sales, the manga is far ahead of the anime in terms of popularity. Recently, the sales of the manga just crossed 15 million copies in the month of April. Furthermore, mangaka Atsushi Okuno reveals that he plans on writing more volumes post the 29th edition. This means that there are possibilities of a fourth season as well. But let’s not go down the spiral of long term speculations.
Fire Force Season 3: Plot Details!
The season finale of Fire Force Season 2 was a strong end for many fans. With Tokyo under invasion, the boys of the fire force team have no choice but to forge a plan to free their city. For now, Shinra and Arthur are getting trained under the guidance of Captain Benimaru. In training, we see that Shinra finally makes it to the “Press of Death.” By the end of the last season, fans see everything falling apart. The city of Tokyo is afire and is invaded by foreign forces. The captain of the Special Fire Force Company 1 was also assassinated by the end of the season. This leads to a devastating impact on the state of Tokyo.
Now, Fire Force Season 2 leaves us thinking about the end of Tokyo. But acquiring this power is not enough for him. What they need for now is a team of able fire force members who can help him take down the foreign invaders. There are also speculations that the new season Fire Force will focus on the redemption arc of Special Fire Force Company 8, who have been called traitors for a long time. Let’s see what Fire Force Season 3 holds in store for us all!
Cast and Crew Updates!
For now, there is no official news of all the members who will be working at the sets of Fire Force Season 3. However, the makers have also not confirmed the parting of any particular crew member. Thus, it is safe to assume that most of the people will return to reprise their roles in the third edition of Fire Force. For now, people are speculating that Season 2 director Tatsuma Minamikawa will be directing the third one as well. He will also be the writer on the project. Moreover, Kenichiro Suehiro will return to compose the music of the anime.
The same can be said for the cast members of the show. For a start, Gakuto Kajiwara will play the lead character of Shinra Kusakabe. Popular voice artist Aoi Yūki is returning to play the part of Kotatsu Tamaki. Moreover, the role of Joker will be played by Kenjiro Tsuda. Lastly, Saeko Kamijo and MAO are playing the parts of Maki Oze and Iris, respectively.
Fire Force Season 3: Release Date
Even the second season of the Fire Force had to face delay in the face of the pandemic. The sequel shifts from July 2020 to a December 2020 release. Thus, it is safe to assume that even the third edition might be in the same state. As mentioned earlier, in light of the massive popularity of the manga, the author is considering extending the manga to a few more volumes. In that case, the anime makers will also have to wait to find the original ending.
However, the makers can also deviate from the source material and bring in an original end to the story of Fire Force Season 3. If the manga is the reason behind the delay, then fans can expect a fairly late release date for the anime. If we are to speculate a date, the end of 2021 or early 2022 are appropriate to release slates for Fire Force Season 3.

Will there be Kemurikusa Season 2? A lot of fans are asking this question ever since they watched the debut season of this anime. It was one of the most interesting shows that the viewers saw in Winter 2019. It has already been two years, and now its fanbase is demanding to see its sequel. So, will it ever hit the screens? Here is everything to know.
Kemurikusa is an original Japanese sci-fi fantasy anime series. It is an adaptation of an ONA series of the same name that ran from 2010 to 2012. Yaoyorozu animated the first season of this series. The anime made its debut on January 9, 2019. Whereas, it ran for a total of twelve episodes before concluding on March 27 of the same year. Since then, its fans are waiting to see Kemurikasa Season 2.
Kemurikusa Anime Review!
The first season of the anime series was pretty interesting and managed to catch the attention of the viewers. Its story was really intriguing and was certainly its strongest point. The three sisters’ journey of survival in a post-apocalyptic world turned out to be better than the fans expected. As the anime progresses, it becomes more and more enjoyable. The setup of Kemurikusa perfectly matches its story.
All the main characters of this series are good enough and have depth. However, the only disappointing thing about the anime was its visuals. The quality of its art and animation was not up to the mark. Some of the viewers also complained that the build-up for its main story was a little slow. As a result, that part becomes quite dull. Overall, the anime is good, and it could be even better only if it has good animation.
Kemurikusa Season 2: Renewal Status!
The debut installment of the anime received a positive response. Both viewers and experts criticized this show for its cheap quality visuals. Except for that, everything about it was fine. At the time of writing, the show has a score of 7.07 on MyAnimeList. Whereas, it currently has a total of 24.9K members in its MAL group, and it will soon reach the 25K mark. So, the series is moderately popular as well.
Also, the conclusion of the anime’s debut season was open-ended. Hence, there is a lot left to show in Kemurikusa Season 2 as well. However, the only problem is that its production studio, Yaoyorozu, no longer exists. Kemurikusa was its last production before dissolving in the debt of 8 million. Therefore, the second season of the anime-only takes place if any other studio comes forward and picks up the show.
Kemurikusa Season 2: Release Date
It seems like its fans have to wait for a long time to see the anime’s second season. If the demand for the sequel increases, some other studio or a streaming platform like Netflix might pick it up. If this happens this year or early next year, fans can expect Kemurikusa Season 2 to release by the end of 2023. We will update this section accordingly.
Studio MAPPA released a mystery thriller titled Koi to Producer last year. It gained a good amount of fans right after its premiere, and now they are demanding to see Mr Love Queen’s Choice Season 2. Well, the show featured some unique content that helped it developing its fandom despite being mediocre. Fans have already seen four mini-story arcs in the first season, and now they want its fifth one. So, when will they get to watch it? Here are all the latest details.
Mr Love Queen’s Choice, also known as Koi to Producer: EVOL×LOVE, is a Japanese sci-fi mystery anime series. It is an adaptation of a female-oriented visual novel phone game of the same title by Papargames. Studio MAPPA took command of animating the series’ debut installment. The premiere episode of the anime aired on July 16, 2020. Whereas, it ended on October 1 of the same year after running for 12 episodes.
Mr Love Queen’s Choice Season 2: Renewal Status!
The video game of the same name was really popular. As a result, the Mr Love Queen’s Choice anime got the same treatment as well. However, the series couldn’t convert its good start into a huge one because of its average content. It made a lot of changes and even modified the main storyline of the source material. The show has a score of 6.14 on MyAnimeList, which is definitely pretty low. But the series is popular and currently has more than 40K members in its MAL group. But the main issue is not its average ratings or popularity.
It is the source material for its sequel. MAPPA already used the entire storyline of the game and even provided it a conclusive ending. Therefore, now it is very unlikely that the makers will renew Mr Love Queen’s Choice Season 2. Also, the renowned studio won’t be investing their time in a mediocre show like this as it is currently working on several big projects.
The story of this show revolves around a young girl who inherited her father’s company after his demise. In the past few years, their show didn’t perform well, and the company was on the verge of shutting down. In order to save her company, she finds a solution in the form of Evol. It is a gene that comes with some special powers. However, it has its own risks as well. Later, in the story of Mr Love Queen’s Choice, her life suddenly starts getting disturbed. On the other hand, some strange things also begin to happen in the city. But all this is connected with Evolvers and her father’s death as well.
Mr Love Queen’s Choice Season 2: Release Date
As we mentioned above, it is likely that the fans won’t see this show’s sequel. But if MAPPA ever decides to revive this show for another round, then fans can expect Mr Love Queen’s Choice Season 2 to premiere by the end of 2023. We will update this section in case the anime series actually gets renewed.
