The first season of the anime concluded in June last year. Only one and a half months after it, CygamesPictures renewed it for its second season. To confirm the development of the show’s second season, the makers released a promotional video for it as well. The clip reveals that the story of four people who began with their destiny will move forward in Princess Connect Re Dive Season 2. They’ll continue to walk together and live together in the second installment of the anime. The promotional video also featured that Gourmet’s guild will continue to be an adventure. Besides, this teaser confirmed the beginning of the upcoming season’s production. Therefore, the series should be in its final stages of development now. It is also possible that they have already begun dubbing for it as well.

What’s The Show About?

The story of Princess Connect Re Dive takes place in a continent named Astraea. A man named Yuuki falls from the sky here. However, he doesn’t remember anything except for his name. Kokkoro, an elf, found him. She introduced herself as Yuuki’s guide for the world they’re about to travel. Kokkoro taught everything to Yuuki, from handling the local currency to fighting terrifying monsters. 

Hence, Yuuki and Kokkoro accept a quest in order to earn money from a guild association. During their journey, they met a girl named Pecorine. She is kind of gluttonous but is very beautiful and knows how to fight. The next day, they met another girl named Karyl. Well, she is actually a cat-girl who is an expert in magic. 

Soon after, the four of them became best friends and decided to start their own guild. All four of them begin their journey to meet new people, face new challenges, go through a lot of adventures, and explore the world. However, their main motive all this time is to bring back Yuuki’s memories.

Princess Connect Re Dive Season 2: Release Date

Originally, the second season of the series was scheduled to release in April this year. However, it got postponed, probably due to the pandemic situation. Now, fans can expect Princess Connect Re Dive Season 2 to premiere in Fall 2021 or Winter 2022. Moreover, CygamesPictures might confirm its release date in the upcoming months by releasing a full-fledged trailer.

After the brilliant performances of its previous two installments, now the fans are waiting to see Real Girl Season 3. She is the definition of the type of real-life girl Hikari hates. Hence, he behaves coldly with her, but Iroha responds in the opposite way. She even stands against the students who bully Hikari. With time both of them became good friends and started dating each other.

The title of the prequel manga is “Tokyo Metropolitian Curse Technical School.” According to reports, the story of the movie will follow the Cursed Child Arc from the manga. The story will shift from Itadori to Yuto Okkostsu, who is struggling to get rid of the spirit of his childhood best friend.

As usual, we will visit the Jujutsu High Academy and our beloved professor Satoru Gojo as he tries to help Yuto. Moreover, Yuto will learn the art of Jujutsu and overcome the fear of the spirit of his friend. Thus, it will be interesting to see how MAPPA will mold the story for a better theatre watching experience.

Jujutsu Kaisen 0 Movie: Release Date

For now, the makers have only come out with a Japanese release date of the movie. Jujutsu Kaisen 0 Movie will premiere in the Japanese theatres on December 24, 2021. If the viewers want to see something unique and different, only then we’d advise you to check it out. Except for the hybrid part, it has nothing special to offer.

Dimension High School Season 2: Renewal Status!

The first installment of this hybrid series got a mixed response from the viewers and a negative response from the critics. Most of its reviews were on the negative side. Besides, its reviews affected the show’s ratings as well. At the time of writing, it has a poor score of 5.17 on MyAnimeList. In fact, Choujigen Kakumei is not that popular too, as it only has 8.5K members in its MAL group. On top of that, it was an original series, so there is not any source material for it as well.

Therefore, it is likely that the fans won’t see Dimension High School Season 2. The production company might not continue their experiment, especially after its poor performance and reception.

According to them, it was one of the best parts of the manga series, and it should get animated. This scene helped in the character development of Madoka as well. Except for that, almost every other storyline was almost perfect in the anime.

The inaugural season of the anime adopted a total of 31 chapters. It only used the first four books, and that means Studio Sunrise still has four more volumes to create Wave Listen to Me Season 2. Hence, the remaining source material is enough for the production studio to make another installment of this show. 

Wave Listen to Me Season 2: Renewal Status!

The debut season of this comedy anime got a tremendous response from everyone. Both the viewers and the critics praised this series. Whereas, it also received some really great reviews from the fans. At the time of writing, the series has a good score of 7.36 on MyAnimeList. Not only the show received a positive critical reception, but it is quite popular as well. At the time of writing, it has more than 65K members in its MAL group.

Also, the animation studio has the required source material too. So, by the look of these numbers, Wave Listen to Me Season 2 should be on the cards. The anime will most probably return not only because of its good performance but also from the story point of view. It still has a lot of loose threads to tie up in the second season.

Since the demand for a sequel is increasing continuously, the makers can give it the renewal very soon.
