    The fourth season of Kingdom anime was renewed right as the third season ended in October 2021. Just as the previous ones, this one is also a product of Studio Pierrot. Season 4 is set to finish the Coalition Army Arc of the manga. Even though things would not be as great for Qin, Shin will come out as the shining hero of this season.     Kingdom Season 4 Episode 1: New Trailer Out

    On Thursday, March 16, 2022, the official website of Kingdom anime posted the first-ever video in months. Surprisingly enough, the video turned out to be the teaser of the first episode of the fourth season. Giving away the release date of the pilot, the 69-second video features the prime characters from the third season.     What Will Happen Next?

    Kingdom Season 4 is going to continue the last bits of the Coalition Army arc of the story. After Li Mu’s men retreat back to the homeland, Shin’s army finally has the route to March ahead. After Riboku and Shun Shin Kun merge forces to counter Qin, this will be the first time in the story when Qin faces annihilation. Men that were deemed to be the best fighters of Qin all fall in this battle.

    The names of these generals include the likes of Kan Mei, Chou Tou, and Duke Hyou. Even so, this particular arc will be a good outing for Shin. Starting from the bottom, he would be promoted to the higher ranks of 3000-man Commanders. Moreover, his ally, Mou Ten, will also get promoted to a 2000-man Commander. Kingdom Season 4 Episode 1 will start right after Li Mu is back home with the lost troops.

    Kingdom Season 4 Episode 1: Release Date

    The release date for Kingdom Season 4 was already announced last month. Luckily, there has been no rescheduling of the season so far. So, Kingdom Season 4 Episode 1 is set to return to the screens on April 9, 2022. The series will be available to watch on Funimation. Moreover, it is assumed that the show will make a return on the prime channels of  NHK General Network. In addition to this, the Kingdom 2 Live-Action is slated to release in the Summer of 2022.
