As per the official description from the comics, she is a magical spy from London. Along with her spy sister, these two ladies journey around London to unmask authorities who cheat people.

Jeremy Zag also confirms through his Instagram that Miss Rose originally lives in London. But after getting separated from her sister, she moved to Japan. However, a new mission brings her back to London, ultimately leading to the reunion between the two.
