The first season of this basketball anime was very well received by the audience as well as the critics. They praised this show for its intriguing storyline and some intense basketball action. But that’s not the case here. White Fox decided to focus on only one arc so that they can focus on its other details as well. Mostly Isekai anime usually adopt 4-5 volumes in a 12-episode installment. But unlike them, Shinchou Yuusha used only two books. The authors of the LN series have published a total of 7 volumes so far. So, the great thing is that White Fox Studio still has the required source material to produce Cautious Hero Season 2. They can easily make two more installments of this anime with the remaining content. 

Cautious Hero Season 2: Renewal Status!

As we stated above, the inaugural run of Shinchou Yuusha was a hit, and it received a great response from everyone. Both fans and critics praised this show for several elements. The show is pure entertainment, and at present, it has a score of 7.52 on MyAnimeList. The Cautious Hero franchise is quite popular as well. It is one of the most popular Isekai anime series of recent times.

The series has more than 416K members in its MAL group and is ranked at #368 in popularity on the same platform. Fortunately, the production studio has enough source material for its sequel as well.
