Based on the Tsukasa Ooshima manga series, it follows the life of Toshihiko “Toshi” Tanaka. He joined the same soccer club that his idol used. He practiced hard to gain a name. Back in November 1993, a TV show was made on air. It was based on the manga series of the same name. It ran till 1994. Later it also dropped an anime film focusing on Toshi’s career.

Recently, the website of Shoot Goal To The Future has released a promo video. It features the opening theme song titled Aoreido. Airi Miyakawa created it. Apart from the opening theme song, the video also sheds light on the ending theme song. It is titled Rivals. All At Once created it. The website has also dropped a key art. In the image, the kids seem relaxing after having a soccer match.

Shoot Goal To The Future: Who Will Be In The Cast?

The website has also dropped the cast list. Chiaki Kobayashi will play Hideto Tsujj, while Shunichi Toki will play Subaru Kurokawa. Apart from them, Yuki Ono will join as Jo Kazama with Shimba Tsuchiya as Kohei Kokubo. Yuichiro Umehara as Atsushi Kamiya will also join. Kousuke Toriumi as Yoshiharu Kubo join Tomoaki Maeno as Ryo Sahara.

Other cast members include Junichi Saitou as Takumi Sonoda, Kentaro Mashiro as Tsubasa Namioka and Ryota Suzuki as Ryuji Amagai. Rynosuke Matsumura as Soma Hayashi will join Daisuke Hirose as Hinata Tatsunami. Yugo Sato as Kei Matsuhashi will join Yuya Hozumi as Kazuki Yamaguchi. Yuya Hirose as Toya Nakano will join as well. Besides them, Noriyuki Nakamura will direct the Shoot Goal To The Future with Jun’ichi Kitamura. Mitsutaka Hirota is in charge of series scripts. Yukiko Akiyama designed the characters.

Well, no doubt, Shoot Goal To The Future will follow its original source material. But the anime’s website announced the logline of the show. A former captain Atsushi Kamiya join Kakegawa High School. He is famous as the courageous captain and known for the Italian soccer team. Meanwhile, a student at Kakegawa High School named Hideto Tsuji seems upset with the weakened soccer team. Their passion for soccer brings them together, and they both sit down for a meeting, and it all starts a new legendary journey.

Stood Goal To The Future: Release Date

As of now, the animation studio hasn’t officially announced the release date of Stood Goal To The Future. However, the studio has dropped that the anime series will air in July in Japan. One Piece Episode 1018 opened up with a war between the worst generation and the emperors. In the previous episode, Daigo was cooking for Fudo when Misaki asked him whether he was searching for a partner. To which he replied that the relationship was against the rule.
