  • FunimationCon 2020: Schedule And Events

    The most awaited event of the year the FunimationCon is all gear up to entertain its fans this weekend. Like many other anime events of this year the FunimationCon is also going virtual rather than a usual physical event. The official date for the online event is 4th and 5th July, 2020. Recently, the Funimation released a schedule of this most anticipated anime event.

    According to the schedule, you guys can attend the premiere of several top-notch anime, programs and along with all these stuff, there are Q&A sessions with anime voice artists.

    First Day

    The schedule for each day is divided into two sections which are Room 1 and Room 2. The Con will start with some of its opening remarks, which will take only 15 minutes. After its opening session, there is a slot for awareness regarding the COVID-19 situation, in which you will be guided on how to make masks at home. After this, there are interviews with your favourite celebrity guests and some behind the screen shows.

    Still, the most thrilling part of the show has to come and it is the premiere of the most anticipated anime. The premieres scheduled to stream on the first day of the event are Fire Force Season 2, Deca Dence and By The Grace Of God.

    Second Day

    The basic schedule for the Saturday is quite similar with the schedule of Friday in terms of sequence for the events. Like Friday, it will start with opening remarks later continue with interviews and question and Answer Session of several voice artists. But, celebrities and shows are different this time.

    You guys can join the game show of My Hero Academia with its voice actors and later, you can catch the dub artists of One Piece and Attack On Titan.
    There is news for SAO fans, they can attend the special program for the 10th anniversary of Sword Art Online along with the Sword Art Online Alicization War Of Underworld (Last Season).

  • Fire Force Season 2 Will Be Premiering Early On FunimationCon 2020

    FunimationCon 2020, which was previously scheduled on 4th July in Los Angeles is now, going virtual for two days. The FunimationCon has taken the initiative to feature the dub premiere of the second season of Fire Force.

    According to the recent schedule of FunimationCon, the new season will premiere on its first day, i.e. on 4th of July at 5 pm. Along with the Fire Force, the virtual event is preparing for premieres of other anime too. Those anime includes Deca Denca and By the Grace Of God. For your knowledge, the premiere of both of these anime is on the same day of the premiere of Fire Force season 2.

    After successful streaming of Fire Force Season 1 in Japan, the fans are looking forward to its another season. Now, after some patience, the creators are ready to bring its new season to keep its audience engaged. The second season of Fire Force is about to release on July 3 of this year. Yes, just after 2 days, fans can watch their favourite anime.

    Funimation, which is quite famous for the dub versions of anime is launching a premiere of Fire Force Season 2. As we all know, Funimation always gives the English dub of anime and this too the premiere is for the simuldub of Fire Force Season 2. Usually, it takes time for a dub version to reach out in the market but, this time it is a great surprise for the people who want to watch next season of Fire Force in dub format.

    Along with the premiere, there is another section with voice artists of anime series. This Question And Answer part will be full of fun for the fans of Fire Force. They can catch their favourite anime dub artists at the same slot of the premiere and have a quality time.

  • Digimon Adventure Introduces Latest Upgraded Digivice

    When earlier this year the Digimon Adventure Reboot gave its debut, people were desperate to know what this new anime is bringing for its fans. As we all know, Digimon Adventure 2020, is a new version of Digimon Adventure 1999.

    It was easily understandable that the upcoming series of Digimon franchise will be upgraded as compared to its previous one in 1999. Being the latest show of the new era the franchise makes sure to keep things according to the recent trends. Digimon being a digital anime series holds several digivices.

    Now, in the reboot version, the franchise keeps an eye on its Digivices. Along with the other things the Digimon Adventure 2020, has latest Digivices.

    The series first streamed on Fuji TV on April 20 later due to pandemic it went on hiatus. But, now as per the promise from Toei Animation, Digimon Adventure is streaming again on Fuji TV on June 28,2020. The anime is now serializing its 4th episode “Birdramon Soars” or “Bādoramon Hishō”. The episode is featuring Taichi and Sora, their leading cast.

    With the latest episode, the franchise is up with its upgraded digivices as per expectations. Recently, in the current episode, Taichi’s Digivice helped him to point out a mountain. His Device sent a sharp beam towards a colourful mountain to find him his way.

    Later in the episode, Taichi again used his Digivice to revolute Augomn into Greymon ( A bright orange coloured dinosaur with chocolate coloured horns and pointed teeth and sharp nails) to fight Cinamon. Sora also used her abilities to upgrade piyomon to fight Sinimon ( a strange dark green coloured flying creature) and successfully defeat him.

  • Pokemon The Series: XY Is Reportedly Coming To Pokemon TV From July 3

    Pokémon is one of the world’s leading anime franchises. Everyone nowadays is aware of the anime Pokémon despite their age group either they are a child, teenager or a millennial. The franchise has always maintained its standard and value even though it has been streaming since a very long time and leading the screens. In this long period, it has never failed to give its fans surprises to amaze them.

    Now, after giving us back to back anime, games and lot of other stuff Pokémon is about to take its franchise at another level. The franchise is now adding new characters as you can see in the recent episode of Pokémon: Twilight Wing a new character takes its entrance. Even though Allister, was also a part of the previous episode but, this time he showed more prominently.

    The franchise is endorsing its anime the Pokémon: XY series through its official platform. According to the sources, Pokémon: XY series will be available on Pokémon TV. The fans can catch it from this Friday.

    On June 29, 2020, the Pokémon’s official twitter account announced about the availability of Pokémon: XY series on Pokémon TV. Along with the update from their side, the tweet has a short video. The video is featuring a whole cast of Pokémon: XY series.

    Pokémon: XY Series is the 19th season of its anime. This season is starring Ash Ketchum and his partner Pikachu as always but, along with these leading stars we have some other characters too. Those characters are Clemont (a genius inventor) and his sisters Bonnie and Serena.

    This step from the Pokémon franchise is no doubt a blessing for Ash Ketchum and Pikachu’s fans. So, be ready guys to experience this new adventure of most adorable Pikachu and incredibly genius Ash Ketchum on Pokémon TV, this Friday.

  • Netflix India Is Releasing Naruto’s Rock Lee On July 24

    As we all know, that most of the streaming sites are enrolling anime at their platform. With every passing month, week or even after day news is popping at our screens regarding the new edition of anime at several platforms.

    Almost every anime streaming site is giving its best shot to keep people entertain and give them some relaxation in this chaotic time of the pandemic. Netflix is the one which is taking a few steps ahead. Being the world’s leading service Netflix has a huge network, which is working enormously in different parts of the world.

    Recently, the Netflix India through its official account gave its fans the news that both parts of Anime film Overlord ( Overlord: The United King and the Overlord: The Dark Warrior) will be able to stream through its official platform on July 3. Now, there is another announcement from the network for the anime fans in India. According to the source, the Naruto Spin-Off: Rock Lee & His Ninja Pals will release on July 24, 2020, on Netflix India.

    The series was directed by two directors; Masahiko Murata and Gorou Sessha under the production of Studio Pierrot.

    The anime has been available on Crunchyroll for a long time. Here is the synopsis of Naruto Spin-Off: Rock Lee & His Ninja Pals:

    Rock lee (the main protagonist of this anime) despite being a vulnerable one not in terms of his intelligence or mental strength but, physically he kept on trying. He put his best efforts to polish his skills while subsiding his disabilities. All of his efforts were to please his people and to become a better ninja.

    His team mates Tenten and Neji who are his friends and big supporters in the anime. The series shows how they encourage him to achieve his dream and overcome the misfortunes.

  • One Piece: New Episode Finally Featuring Queen

    One Piece is a famous Japanese anime, based on adventures in the lives of a pirate. Previously the series was on hiatus because of COVID-19. But, recently it’s back with its episode number 930 of Season 20. The episode released on June 28, 2020, on Fuji TV. As per the announcement from Toei animation through its twitter account, the new episode is here after a short pause.

    The episode “A Lead Performer! Queen the Plague Emerges! Or Ōkanban! Ekisai no Kuīn arawaru! is featuring a new character known as Queen. After the streaming of this new episode, the character received much hype.

    The Queen first appeared in Episode 918 on January 9, 2020, as a leading antagonist in One Piece. The character of Queen is dominating with a bold gesture. From the appearance, this character has a long twisted pony and moustache in a typical blond shade. Another remarkable feature of Queen is the black tattoo on his right shoulder with his name and an iconic mark of pirates.

    He uses to wear glasses but, in a unique way. He wears them with a strand, that moves across his head and crosses each other. As a result, he has a big mark of X on his head giving him his unique feature.

    The character is quite rude as compared to other characters in One Piece. He is interested in singing and dancing and good to express himself in front of others. His passion for doing concerts is prominent in the anime. The Queen is famous with another name “The Queen Of Plague”.

    The plot of One Piece revolves around Monkey D. Luffy, who was on a mission to find the hidden treasure of Gol D. Roger named as One Piece. Luffy: a pirate accidentally ate Devil Fruit after eating the cursed fruit his body started to become rubbery. Due to stretchy and rubbery body, he was unable to swim, which was the biggest hindrance to complete his mission. Later on, Shanks gave him the straw hat on certain conditions. From that typical straw hat, Luffy and his crew got their particular name Straw Hat Pirates.

  • Pokémon: Twilight Wings Episode 6 Featuring Allister

    Pokémon: Twilight Wings or Poketto Monsutā Hakumei no Tsubasa is a famous Japanese web anime series, which gave its debut on January 15 of this year. Soon after its debut COVID-19 pandemic hit this world and ceased numerous anime temporarily.

    The Pokémon: Twilight Wings after streaming its 4 episodes went on hiatus. The episode number 5 lingered till June 5, 2020. After it, the fans were desperate to watch further new episodes and waiting for another announcement from the franchise.

    Now, approximately after a month, the franchise through its official twitter account gave us an update. In the respective tweet from the franchise, there are two updates for the people waiting for the Pokémon: Twilight Wings.

    Episode 6 Of Pokémon: Twilight Wings

    The first one is regarding the continuation of web series. According to the statement, the series is about to resume with its 6th episode on July 2, 2020.

    Allister

    The second update is a short video attached in the tweet featuring Allister. He is a young mysterious character in the series, famous because of its covered face. He used to hide his face with a big mask that helps him to cover his whole face; it only has spaces for eyes and mouth and guess what he has a whole collection of these weird masks. Allister is a gym trainer at Stow-on-side stadium.

    His uniqueness is his ability to watch Ghost-type Pokémon even when they are deceased and you know what he gained this power after an incident when he was just 4 years old. The voice artists behind Allister’s character are Laura Bailey and Ryō Hirohashi for English and Japanese dub respectively.

    The anime Pokémon: Twilight Wings is from the studio of Fastening Days and Penguin Highway the “Studio Colorido”. Shingo Yamashita and Sou Kinoshita, are the director and writer of this astounding anime respectively. They have played their part efficiently to serialize each episode in a short time of 6 minutes.

  • Attack On Titan: Update Regarding Manga From Its Editor

    Attack On Titan is one of the famous manga in the history of Japan. It has always maintained its standard and value despite being publishing since September 9, 2009. The manga of Attack On Titan is quite famous in other parts of the world other than Japan itself. 

    Now, as per the news from its writer Hajime Isayama, the manga is going to wrap up soon. Because his creator have already mentioned that up to 5% of story is left people are anxious to know its end. With every passing chapter, the urge to know what’s gonna happen next is increasing.

    Till date, the manga has successfully published its 129 chapters in Kodansha’s Bessatsu Shonen Magazine and now it is the time people are looking forward to its 130th chapter and its storyline. Attack On Titan fans who are already desperate to know details about its upcoming chapter have got a tweet from none other than the editor of this famous Japanese manga, Kawakubo Shintaro.

    According to the tweet on June 25, he made an announcement that the script for the next chapter is ready and it will publish on time as per schedule, in this July. 

    No doubt this tweet has surely made the day of several people following Attack On Titan and its adventures. 

    The Attack On Titan is also going to release the 4th and final part of its anime series under the MAPPA studio. The last season is scheduled to release in fall of this year but, still, there is no proper announcement regarding the date from its creators.

    Attack On Titan fans must be disheartened over the ending of their all-time favourite anime and its manga. But, no worries the franchise has already given its fans several video games and adventurous anime. They will be there to keep us entertained in future.

    Universal Studio Japan’s Themed Park as per its schedule opened this June. This theme park was a dream which came true for anime lovers who had a desire to live in an anime world. Many people were planning to visit this adventurous land with their friends and family. But, unfortunately in the start of 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic hit this world. According to its record of ceasing businesses and creating difficulties in the production of several anime. The virus hindered the opening of Universal Studios Themed Park

    The super Nintendo world Park, whose opening was about to take place this year along with the Olympic, is not opening now for the public. As per the sources, the most awaited event might get a delay because the COVID-19 is still there and opening parks, gathering more people might be dangerous for the precious lives.

    The people were waiting for a long time for the inauguration of this amusement park. But, as per the circumstances no one can say anything for the immediate future.

    Before pandemic, The promotion of Super Nintendo world Park was on the full swing. The official Youtube channel of Nintendo was also uploading videos featuring Mario and his hats. The people were excited to take rides and have some quality time. They were eager to experience this as another world which would be full of adventure and thrill.

    But, now, when things are not like as they planned there is still a ray of hope. If the situation moves towards betterment the section might get open in late July. They are already trying to keep the visitors number low and limiting them at certain number.   • Netflix India Is Going to Add Overlord Film on July 3

    Netflix is all gear up to bring some more entertainment in the life of all anime fans and to keep them entertained through its network. Being the world’s leading streaming service Netflix is now enrolling more anime at its platform. Recently, it has added a whole anime list of Ghibli’s studio at Netflix Canada. Now, after amusing its audience residing in Canada, Netflix is bringing more anime for its fans residing in India.

    It has been recently updated that Netflix India is listing the anime film Overlord and for your kind information, Netflix is about to feature its both parts. The movie will be there to entertain on July 3, 2020.

    The anime film Overlord is a light novel which later converted into Manga. Soon after the manga, the creators decided to bring its anime TV series. The series consists of three successful seasons each aired on July 7, 2015, January 10, 2018, and July 11, 2018, respectively. The anime series has a total of 39 episodes in its list.

    After the first season of its anime series, the franchise brought its anime film for Overlord fans but to our surprise, the movie divided into two parts. The first part Overlord: The Undead King or Overlord: Fushisha no Ō in Hepburn released on February 25, 2017. Soon after the first part that is approx. 2 weeks the franchise brought its second part Overlord: The Dark Warrior or Overload: Shikkoku no Senshi on March 11, 2017, in cinemas.

    The anime film Overlord is under the production of Madhouse Studio. Whereas, its direction is done by Naoyuki Itō (the director of Digimon Data Squad) and it is from the pen of Yukie Sugawara. Both Yukie Sugawara and Naoyuki Itō were also the part of an anime TV series of Overlord.
