The Princess Connect Re:Dive began as an original game series by Cygames. The Android and iOS game first came out in February 2018. Since then, Cygames has continued to release new versions of the outing. In 2018, artist Asahiro brought in the first manga adaptation of the video game. Two years later, the anime wing was developed by Cygames Pictures itself.

Princess Connect Re: Dive is adapted from a game series of the same name. Although, Cygames released Princess Connect Re: Dive as a smartphone RPG game, the anime series also turned out to be fairly decent. The story is set in Astraea. Yuuki is the main character. One day Yuuki falls from the sky without any memories. However, Kokkoro finds him. Kokkoro is an elf who becomes his guide to exploring the world. Yuuki learns about the world, the currency, and monsters with Kokkoro’s help.

Additionally, the duo meets many characters in their ways, like Karyl and Pecorine. The story follows their adventures as they meet new people, explore the world and try to uncover Yuuki’s memories. 

Promotional Video Out!

The official website revealed the second promotional video. Moreover, the website also showed a preview of Princess Connect Season 2’s Episode 1. Additionally, they announced the release details of the anime. The promotional video is 90 seconds long. It includes shots of the main characters. And even more shots of delicious food. However, Percorine is in the final shot. But she is overlooking a city landscape wistfully. Fans are excited to know what lies in wait.

The preview for the first episode repeats some of the shots from the promotion video. But it is only around 40-seconds long. However, the most exciting part about the preview is the treasure map. We get a glimpse of a treasure map with the main characters dining. Besides, fans are expecting the map to have considerable significance in the story. Kanasaki Takaomi is directing Princess Connect Season 2. His earlier works include KONOSUBA and Is This a Zombie? Moreover, Watanabe Mai, Kurita Satomi, Yang Lie Jun, and Noda Yasuyuki are in charge of character designs Minajin is the music composer. Additionally, the main cast is returning for Season 2. The updated cast list of the second season has also been announced.

This includes all the four main leads reprising their roles. Starting with MAO who is going to be in the lead role of Pecorine. Along with her, Miku Ito will be playing the character of Kokkoro. Lupin III Part 6 Second Cour has a new promotional video as a launching bait. The theme for this cour is ‘women’. However, fans speculate that this means Lupin III’s mother. The video starts with various women characters. After that, specific keywords appear. These keywords are “secret”, “message”, “love”, “women,” & “lie”. Moreover, a woman called Tomoe is mentioned.

The promotional video ends with a shot of Lupin III. He says a line that indicates his mother. Additionally, Yuji Ohno is composing the theme song. Furthermore, singer Fujiwara Sakura is singing the song. The song is titled “Bitter Rain.”
