    Avatar: The Last Airbender is one of the most-watched anime of all time. Since its release from 2005, it has been among the fan favourite animes. It has earned a lot of awards throughout its journey in animation, and always there to create new records of success. Avatar has never failed to amaze its audience in terms of story, animation, graphics and storyline. The series holds a large number of fan following throughout the world.

    Netflix, being the world’s most famous streaming site always play its part efficiently to bring more entertainment for its viewers. Recently, it has added the Avatar: The Last Airbender on its streaming site. Availability of the most favourite anime on Netflix must be a refreshing experience for fans waiting for it from such a long time. Recently, Netflix has announced through its official Twitter account on June 22 about the update. The news about the availability of Avatar: The Last Airbender in HD view on Netflix is no doubt an excellent effort from the site to keep its audience engaged.

    The announcement made on the twitter account clearly states that the Avatar: The Last Airbender will be available in HD view from now onwards. This news from Netflix is not less than a gift for avatar fans.

    Previously, the series was available on Amazon NickHits, but Netflix added it in its streaming library on May 15. Since it is available on Netflix it has been the most-watched show on it. According to the reports, it was among the top 10 anime on Netflix despite being an old anime.

    The series ran successfully for good four years on Nickelodeon and created a huge fan base from all over the globe. Now, as Avatar is available on Netflix in HD, we can hope for some other golden anime on Netflix with such high-quality streaming in the future.

  • Black Clover Reportedly Returning In July

    Watching anime full of magic and fantasy is a source of joy. Black Clover is among those top-rated anime that are leading the anime world. It is a famous Japanese anime that has been ruling both in the form of manga since 2015 and anime TV series since 2017.

    Black Clover has successfully serialized its initial two seasons, and the third one was in progress, but eventually, it got postponed. The team was busy with the ongoing season, but in the meantime, COVID-19 pandemic strikes this world. Due to the crises, the authorities delayed its further release. The anime Black Clover’s last episode was “The Lion Awakens” or “Mezameru Shishi” in Hepburn. It was the 132nd episode of the series whereas the 31st episode of season three.

    Now, after an ease in lockdown and as things are moving towards betterment gradually. The creators of Black Clovers are about to release it in the month of July. It has been announced that the Black Clover’s episode number 133 will be aired on 7th of July 2020.

    The news about the return of black clover in this summer was broken through its official website and twitter account. Later on, Crunchyroll plays its part efficiently in endorsing the return of Black Clover on its streaming network.

    The official news states:

    “Thank you for your continuous support for Black Clover! Today, we are here to announce that Black Clover will resume streaming from July. Episode #133 will be available to you on July 7th (JST), and this will be followed by more new episodes. Please be excited!”

    The expected name of the upcoming episode is “The Lion Awakens, Continued” or Zoku Mezameru Shishi in Hepburn. In the announcement, the fans are given hope by them that the series will follow more episodes in future.

    In its series, Black Clover is the name of a five-leaf clover Grimoire given to Asta a boy whose dream is to become a next Wizard King. The efforts Asta put to fulfil his dream despite being an orphan and with no magical power at all can leave a viewer amazed. Asta along with his childhood friend Yuno learn wizardry. The series portrays their friendship, their determination towards their goal and their strong motives.

    The series is officially available on top streaming sites which are Crunchyroll and Funimation.

  • Crunchyroll Expo 2020 Is Going Virtual This Year

    Crunchyroll Expo is one of the most awaited anime events in the world of animation. Like every year it was supposed to take place physically before the pandemic. Later after the arrival of COVID-19, the franchise decided to cancel the whole event, which left the fans little bit disappointed. On June 3, 2020, the website Crunchyroll Expo announced the cancellation of an event.

The franchise has recently announced through its official website that the event will be held virtually to make sure the safety of the participants, staff, and all other people who are going to attend this event.

    “We are excited to announce Virtual Crunchyroll Expo, a digital event that celebrates the best and brightest in anime. Join us September 4 – 6 as we come together with our passionate community for amazing guest panels, interactive events, special announcements and more,” Official Statement.

    The event will be available on Crunchyroll from 4th to 6th September of this year. However, many details related to the Virtual Crunchyroll Expo 2020 are about to come.

    Fans who were previously disheartened over the news of cancellation of the event are looking forward to the virtual Crunchyroll Expo 2020. The franchise trying its best to keep its viewers entertain by bringing new anime in its streaming library and now by organizing this virtual event.     Yamishibai is a psychology-based horror produced by Naoko Kunisada and Nobuyuki Hosoya under the direction of Tomoya Takashima. The series holds a total of 7 seasons and each episode in every season is of 5 minutes. The writer Hiromu Kumamoto has played his part so well.

    The Yamishibai is a story of an old man kamishibaiya who, used to cover his mouth with a yellow mask. On a daily bases, he came to the playground and shows paper drama related to the supernatural events and the truth behind them to the children playing there. Later on in each season, the looks of kamishibaiya keep on changing. For example, in one season he came in his childhood look whereas, in the last season he turned into a black shadow.

    It is a tale full of mystery, horror and supernatural events. The plot of Higurashi When They Cry based on the adventure of four young girls. The story begins when they pay a visit to a very calm and peaceful Hinamizawa village. But, after some time they found that things are not as good in this village as they have shown.

    At the end of a yearly event, death was confirmed with no apparent reason. The local people named those deaths Oyashiro Curse. The story portrays how those young girls begin their search on Oyashiro Curse and struggle to reveal the truth about it.

    The battles shown in the series are iconic as they are full of excitement, thrill with excellent background and graphics. These battles and fights are as competent as others in top-notched animated series.

    Difference Between Both Seasons

    It is an adaptation from the manga of the same name which published in Monthly Shonen Gangan from 2001 to 2010. The manga and anime both are based on adventure, dark fantasy, action, thrill and a lot of science fiction.

    However, the two parts of the series are quite different from each other. The difference is on the basis of their adaption from the manga. The Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood is considered as the most loyal adaptation of the manga.

    Super Dragon Ball Heroes has split into two parts. The first part is Super Dragon Ball Heroes: Universe Mission or Sūpā Doragon Bōru Hīrōzu Yunibāsu Mission in Hepburn. It consists of an initial 20 episodes. Whereas, the second part which is famous as Big Bang Mission is a continuation and starts from 21st episode. The first half of the series is from the pen of Yūki Kadota and the writer of the second part is Yoshiyuki Suzuki.

    The first episode of Big Bang Mission premiered on March 5 of this year in Japan. Same happened with the second and third episode, and fortunately, they released on time. Because of the current COVID-19 situation, 3rd episode was expected to delay but managed to serialize according to its schedule.     The Sword Art Online, through its official twitter account, announces the availability of its future project on several platforms. It is stated that Sword Art Online: Alicization – War of Underworld last season will be available on Hulu, Crunchyroll, Hidive and Funimation.

    The Sword Art fans are anxiously waiting for the release of the new season and are happy to have their favourite anime on various streaming sites. On the other hand, they are disheartened over the news that it will be the last part of the series. Sword Art Online: Alicization was the first part of this series, and its premiere was taken place in 2018. Later on the second part was released in 2019 and ran successfully between Octobers to December of 2019.

    The plot of SAO revolves around its two main protagonists Krito and Asuna Yuki. The story begins in 2022 when a virtual action-adventure game Sword Art Online comes in the market. The game with some terms and conditions such as, the player cannot leave the game without defeating all 100 floors of Aincrad, which is a castle in the game. If the player dies in-game or leave it without completing it, he will eventually die in real.

    Krito also tries that game in which, he meets a girl named Asuna Yuki. Later both of them discover the leader of this game and defeat him to free themselves and other players.

    Funimation is one of the world’s famous anime streaming sites. The streaming site is popular because of its East Asian content, especially the anime-related one all over from Japan. Funimation always brings out the content in dub format for dub lovers.

    Previously in the month of April Funimation announced numerous new anime series on its site.     Recently on June 11 2020, there was an announcement from Funimation. According to its official twitter account, The Promised Neverland English dub will be there shortly. The English dub version of The Promised Neverland will release in this July in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Ireland.

    These back to back additions of top-rated series in Funimation are adding more feathers in its crown. Funimation is now creating its fandom through the launching of these new anime through its platform. The people are looking for more amazing series to hit this site and keep them entertained.
