As for the source material, there are a total of 100 chapters in the story (speculative). And the finale episode of the anime ends with Chapter 40.2. This concludes the third volume of the story. Halfway through the story, there is only the other half of the story left for fans. Thus, they can be assured that there is enough content for The Ice Guy And His Cool Female Colleague Season 2. Madhouse is one animation company that has a bad reputation when it comes to sequels. Every time the name of this studio is associated with any show, fans already know that the renewal is to take a lot of time. The same is the case with Alderamin On The Sky Season 2. The show’s first season was produced by this company, and since then, Madhouse has been silent on the matter. As of 2023, the company is working on multiple projects at the time.
