Episode 6 of Kaina of the Great Sea Snow will see Kaina and Yaona continue on their rescue mission to save Ririha. It seems that the Valghians are not as naive as one may have thought. The episode will see the Atland envoys reach the negotiation point. The two sides will try and talk out their issues. The Atlandians will try and save Ririha. However, whether or not their negotiation is a success will be revealed in the next episode.

Kaina and Yaona are also currently trying their best to save Ririha. However, the previous episode saw Light secretly keeping an eye on them. Kaina of the Great Snow Episode 5 of the anime was titled “Rescue Mission.” The episode sees Kaina and Yaona making their way toward the Snow Sea as Light secretly keeps an eye on them. They follow the Spire Tree roots. They start on a long trek along the Snow Sea bottom. At the same time, Ririha is taken to a negotiation point. There, she meets the Valghian Admiral. She lies by saying that she has made contact with the Sage, who has promised to destroy Valghia. However, the Valghians appear to be doubtful of her.

The Atland envoys move towards the negotiation point. Kaina and Yaona also try to speed up by holding on to an undersea creature. However, the creature throws them off and Kaina loses consciousness. It gets dark by the time Kaina regains consciousness. He sees Ririha trapped in a cage. They decide to continue on their rescue mission as Light continues to watch them.
