The game of the same title by Level-5 was pretty popular, but the anime didn’t reach the same heights. At the time of writing, it doesn’t even have a total of 3,000 members in its MAL group. By the look of the title, Listeners seems to be a pretty simple anime. However, the show deep dives into the post-apocalyptic world without music. Most of the storyline of this show was about the protagonists traveling around looking for new things and exploring rock music. The audience felt like the pacing of this show was way too fast. If it was a two-cour anime, the characters would get more room for their development. Listeners art and animation style was really great and appealing.

MAPPA did great work in it, as usual. But the show didn’t have anything extraordinary. It lacked wow factors, and that made it an average show. Overall, the show is good, but it is not for the detail-oriented audience.

The show premiered as an original series last year. Earlier, the fans had very high hopes for this show, but it certainly didn’t fulfill it. It got a mixed but mostly negative response from both the viewers and the critics. Its score of 5.36 on MAL is also pretty low. Plus, the anime doesn’t have anything like the manga or light novel to promote. So, the chances for this show to return are pretty low.

Since then, its author has published a total of 24 volumes so far, and the light novel is still running. According to the speculations based on its web novel, the LN will conclude very soon. It will most probably end with the 26th volume. The first cour of the debut season of Mushoku Tensei adapted the first three volumes. Now, its second season might find its stopping point at the final chapter of LN’s sixth volume.

Therefore, the production studio will have a total of 18 volumes to create Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 2. It is more than enough content to produce two more installments of the anime.

Mushoku Tensei’s Second Cour Will Face A Delay!

Unfortunately, the fans have to wait a little longer to watch the premiere episode of the anime’s second cour. It was originally scheduled to release in July. However, the makers had to postpone it due to some reasons. They also informed the fans that the second part would face a two months delay. Recently, on May 19, 2021, Funimation announced that Mushoku Tensei: Jobless Reincarnation Season 1 Part 2 will officially premiere this year in Fall. Therefore, instead of July, the most-awaited second part will come out in October.

Not only the show, but the makers delayed the release of its third and fourth Blu-ray disc series as well. Now, it will release in January 2022 and March 2022, respectively.

Shin Chuuka Ichiban Season Season’s Review!

The second season of the anime was also pretty much like its first season. It’s almost the same as its inaugural run, and the only major difference was its storyline of Legendary Utensils. The underworld cooking society arc was pretty decent, and the viewers enjoyed the battle between the protagonists and the chefs of the underworld. Shin Chuuka Ichiban’s cooking scenes were also good but certainly not good as Food Wars.

The sequel started a little slow, but it becomes enjoyable after the initial episodes. There was a little depth in the characters, but their development could have been better. Along with all the True Cooking Master Boy Season 2 animation and OSTs were also good. Overall, it was an enjoyable show, especially for fans who like the cooking genre.

True Cooking Master Boy Season 3: Renewal Status!

Shin Chuuka Ichiban is a good cooking anime show, but it is not anywhere near the popularity of the shows like Shokugeki. The second season also received a mixed and positive response from everyone, just like the first one. It has an average score of 6.64 on MyAnimeList. However, there weren’t even a total of 1000 members in its group. It is clearly showing the popularity of the show has been decreased.

Plus, the production studio already exhausted most of the content from the manga. Currently, they don’t have enough source material to produce True Cooking Master Boy Season 3. The good thing is the manga is still on the run. So, they’ll eventually get it. But the main concern is the viewership and popularity. Therefore, the chances for the next season to happen are very low. 

True Cooking Master Boy Season 3: Release Date

The makers won’t wave the green flag until they get enough source material for the third season. So, even if the third installment is on the cards, it will take at least two or three years to arrive. Hasshin Shimasu Anime Review

The first season of this show turned out to be pretty average. The franchise delivered some back-to-back hit shows. Therefore, the fans were expecting a lot from this one as well. However, in the end, they got disappointed as it didn’t meet their expectations. World Witches is directly linked to a previous series titled Strike Witches: 501 Butai Hasshin Shimasu! The latter was pretty decent, and the former one has nothing special in it.

It was all about cute girls doing cute things with a little bit of comedy that helped the show moving along. The story was quite bland, and there was no character development as well. Along with all that, the animation quality of Hasshin Shimasu was also pretty down compared to the other shows of the same franchise. The debut installment has received a mixed or a negative response from everyone. Some viewers did like the show, but it completely failed to impress the critics. On MAL, it has a poor score of 6.29. So, it is clear that the reviews and ratings are not in favor of the sequel. Plus, the show is not that popular as well, nor have any source material to promote. It doesn’t even have 1.5K members on MyAnimeList. Therefore, now it is very unlikely that the producers would invest in World Witches Season 2. It will be very difficult for this show to get the green light from its makers.
