Beastars Season 2: Plot Details

The only hand that comes out is that the killer might be someone from the drama club.

Well, the story is a direct adaptation of Paru Itagaki’s manga of the same name. The debut season adapted the first 48 chapters out of the 196 books of its source material. Hence, the second season will be adapting Chapters 48 to 98 of the Beastars manga. Fans can also expect to see Rouis shine in the upcoming season because his character arc was being foreshadowed for a long time. Why The Delay?

It has been an open secret for the past five years that Netflix takes their leisurely time to release anime for the global audience. The same was the case with Beastars Season 2. After licensing the show in early 2021, the platform took about six months to come out with a release announcement. This delay might be a product of the busy release slates of the streaming giant. The Anime Expo Lite panel of Star Wars Visions Anime also releases a brand-new promo trailer of the upcoming show.
