According to the source material, God’s Blessing on This Wonderful World follows an ordinary high school student Kazuma who finds herself in the afterlife after getting hit by a truck. Much like every Isekai anime, the God Aqua decides to give Kazuma a second chance by transporting him to a fantasy world. But in Konosuba Season 3, Aqua is also liable to go with her in the new world and fight potential villains. As they learn the ways of the new world, they also acquire powers to fight demons and monsters.

With the help of sorceress Megumin and a swordsman named Darkness, they form a mismatched team to survive in this whole new arena.
